As a Consultant Psychologist, Jason supports a variety of projects within the R & D and consultancy work streams. Jason is directly involved in psychometric test development, data analysis, and advising clients across the employee lifecycle.

Having recently graduated from De Montfort University, Leicester and the University of Nottingham, both at the top of his class, Jason holds an MSc with Distinction in Occupational Psychology and is a qualified Psychometric Test User. With a keen interest in diversity and inclusion, statistics, leadership, motivation, and personality at work, Jason has assisted in the conceptualisation, creation, and validation of a broad range of 10x assessments and solutions.

With both of his theses focusing on workplace mistreatment, and the implications this has for employee emotion, cognition, and behaviour, Jason is passionate about applying psychology to the world of work to bolster the effectiveness and wellbeing of individuals, teams, and organisations.

Outside of work, Jason is an avid swimmer having previously competed at county, national, and university levels, predominantly in distance freestyle.
