A highly knowledgeable COO, Jan supports the 10x Psychology team in delivering high quality solutions and drives continuous improvement and innovation of the company’s products.

In his role, Jan utilises his experience on transformation and change management to enhance 10x Psychology’s product offering. By developing initiatives that support the evolution of 10x Psychology’s predictive psychometrics, he ensures that the business continues to lead the way in the HR technology space.

Before joining 10x Psychology, Jan held senior technical operational leadership positions at Acxiom, where he was responsible for building large complex marketing systems for global clients and the creation of Acxiom’s first global service centre in Poland.

Outside of work, Jan has a passion for cycling and has finished two IronMan triathlons.
