Oliver is a leading Human Resources professional with a broad base of analytics, people and change management experience across the private and public sectors. A triple graduate, Oliver was initially educated at Reading University (BSc Statistics and MSc Biometrics) and later at Portsmouth University (MSc Human Resources). His high end numerical skills, award winning solutions and private sector experience fuelled his rapid advancement through sequential operational leadership roles and into the highest levels of HR Management.

In 2006 Oliver founded his own company, conducting advanced statistical analysis of Premier League footballers publishing two books on the topic and proactively influencing and established strong links within the football industry. Here he developed innovative and completely new evaluation and predictive performance appraisal tools built around key metrics that have a strong statistical significance to winning.

Oliver joined 10x in February 2018 to apply people analytics techniques to psychometric data and product. His specialist areas of interest are in predictive hire, values fit and leadership evaluation and development.

A qualified football coach and keen sportsman, Oliver lives near Winchester with his wife and young daughter.
