Bernie is a skilled and enthusiastic software architect/developer with over 20 years professional experience centred around the Microsoft technology stack. With many years of experience in all aspects of ALM with a broad range of skill sets that include requirements gathering, Agile methodology application, lean mindset, DDD implementation, architecture, development, staff mentoring, UX and cloud solution delivery, to name a few.

Prior to joining 10x Psychology Bernie headed up the IT department of an London-based awarding body, designing and delivering an array of cloud-based software solutions to it’s customer base and staff around the globe. Before that Bernie worked in a number of software roles, primarily consultancy-based, developing online solutions for industries ranging from Defence Departments to large automotive, telecommunication and government departments both in Australia and the UK.

Bernie joined 10x Psychology in January 2020 bringing his many years of working in IT as a software engineer.

As a keen mountain biker Bernie spends a portion of his weekends riding trails in the Surrey Hills, as well as hiking with his two children.
