As a Senior Project Manager at 10x Psychology, Carl is responsible for delivering excellence in solution development and client value. He excels at engaging with people at all levels, focusing on team and personal productivity and aligning enjoyment with success.

Carl has studied and executed various styles of project management methodology, software development approaches and best practices. He is a Prince2 practitioner, a certified Scrum Master and is recognised as a Chartered Project Professional.

Having joined 10x Psychology in 2019, Carl brings over 15 years of experience in the project management of large-scale international software development, implementation, and change management projects. He has successfully delivered projects within industries including financial services, media and logistics.

When away from the office Carl enjoys spending time in the gym, renovating his house and getting out into the countryside with his wife Emma and sons Mo and Joe.
