As Head of Service Management & Security Operations, Dev has a diverse range of responsibilities spanning across IT Service Management, Service Transition, Risk Management and Security Operations and Auditing to preserve and enhance our ability to scale and meet client expectations for security and operational capability.

Dev joined 10x Psychology with over 20 years of professional experience reflecting effective management of operational and technical services, policies and processes. Having headed the IT departments of accountancy, insurance, retail, tech firms and non-profit organizations, Dev contributes an exceptional level of expertise and knowledge that enhances our ability to expand and develop.
When not traveling, Dev enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and planning for the next adventure with his family and friends
