Our Founder
Professor Peter Saville
Described as “One of the most influential Psychologists of our time”, Peter Saville is one of the best known, most successful and highly acclaimed Psychologists within the Business Psychology Profession. Over 50 million of his measures of ability, personality, motivation and talent are used annually around the world.
Peter founded SHL in 1977, where he created the OPQ, their ability test range and major courses. In 2005, he founded Saville Assessment, developing the Saville Wave Questionnaire. Building on his experience, he founded 10x Psychology® to profoundly advance the field using machine-learning and predictive analytics, with yet more valid assessment techniques than before, for the benefit of both the employer and employee.

Oliver Anderson
Oliver is a leading Human Resources professional with a broad base of analytics, people and change management experience across the private and public sectors.
A triple graduate, Oliver’s high-end numerical skills, award winning solutions and private sector experience fueled his rapid advancement through sequential operational leadership roles and into the highest levels of HR Management.
